One day as I was making sourdough, my husband said, “It’s pretty cool that I could just give you some flour and a little time and you could give me back a loaf of bread”. That’s how I got the idea for Flour + Time!
Needless to say, the Covid-19 pandemic has changed everyone’s lives to some degree. For me, it pushed me to make this idea a reality! For the past three years, baking for you all has supported me through this extremely difficult and uncertain time. It has also given me a sense of purpose, for which I am deeply grateful. I am so thrilled to be able to welcome you to our new location in West Midtown!
My hope is that by providing y’all with some tasty vegan treats I can also offer a little plant-based indulgence and comfort.
